Terminology
Zhilikam t'°Ben'suhn°
As with all advanced cultures, the Vulcans have a great wealth of entertainment, although they had no form anything like the Terran sitcom. Benson (1979-86) was a beloved 20th Century C.E. Terran television series about an assistant to the widowed governor of a unnamed American state. It was a spin-off of the series Soap. The series continued to be enjoyed long after it ended. The Vulcans have a difficult time undertanding the broad humor of Terran sitcoms.
Below you will find terminology and characters that you might find associated with the Benson series. (Names are listed in pure alphabetical order by title, first name then last name, since names are sorted using the Vulcan standard. Abbreviations are sorted as the spelled-out word per Vulcan rules.)
